Building Live Mental Health and Wellness Conference

On Wednesday, Lauren and Deedan attended the Building Live Mental Health and Wellness Conference. The day sessions gave the participants an understanding of why mental health and wellbeing are highly prevalent within construction and why this matters for the industry. Various companies presented their approach to tackling mental health and wellbeing, which provided a positive open floor discussion around statistically effective strategies and interactive materials to support our employees. Here at alinea mental health and wellbeing matters, therefore we will be discussing how we can take a more proactive approach to mental health and wellbeing.
