John Lewis Edinburgh achieved Practical Completion for Phase 1

October 2017

On the 13th of September John Lewis Edinburgh achieved Practical Completion for Phase 1 of the project.

As part of the redevelopment of St James centre, the John Lewis store has undergone a major refurbishment. The process started back in October 2013 when alinea was first engaged to carry out traditional services including assistance with concluding the Agreement for lease (AFL). The project was completed on budget and on time.

All that remains now is the final phase of the store where we fit out new shell space (yet to be built) and connect with the new development in 2020.
