alinea is proud to have delivered the cost consultancy services on behalf of Pembroke for the cut and carve refurbishment of 25 Cannon Street. The project has now reached Practical Completion and we have really enjoyed working with the team to deliver this fantastic building.
The 5 storey refurbishment of the commercial building involved the reconfiguration of the satellite cores, a brand new 5th floor façade, new glazing and retention of the existing stone façade from Ground to Level 4. The external garden works involved the installation of a granite and stone water feature, with extensive hard and soft landscaping to create a welcoming and relaxing oasis within the heart of St Pauls.
The project also includes the inclusion of Landscaped terraces on L4 and L5 as well as a roof top terrace for tenants to take in the panoramic views of St Pauls and the surrounding city of London.
