Westminster City Council has voted unanimously in favour of the reinvention and extension of 334 Oxford Street.
The scheme, managed by Capital Real Estate Partners and designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM), proposes the retention of three floors of retail, the reuse of the existing building’s structure, the introduction of new facades and three additional storeys at upper levels with terraces benefiting from urban greening.
