As part of British Land’s continued development of their Regents Place Campus, alinea were recently involved in the completion of the CAT B fit out to floors 5, 9-14 & the CAT A fit out of floors 15 & 16 at 338 Euston Road. Working closely with @Stace LLP as Project Manager and @Modus Workspace Ltd as the Main Contractor, the works also involved the refurbishment of the Ground Floor Reception that includes a striking triple height feature living wall consisting of bamboo & a vast array of exotic plants!
