Located in Paddington Central, a short walk along the canal from Paddington Station the Storey Club Space had its official launch at the end of April 2019. The 10,000 sq.ft space was designed by Gensler. Modus were appointed as Main Contractor for the delivery of the project. The wider project team included Stace (PM/CA) and Meinhardt as services Engineers
The project scope of works consisted of a fit out to part of the ground floor and lower ground floor. The space was taken from Shell and Core and transformed into the CAT B design and specification which included meeting rooms, a conference space, private dining areas as well as workshop and collaboration zones.
The Club Space at Paddington Central is Storey’s first offering of a combined conference and meeting suite facility which offers a place for creativity, collaboration and networking to thrive.
