We are very pleased to announce that work has started on site on our Chapter Living Student Accommodation Scheme for Greystar and PSP Investments.
KPF’s 39 storey tower by London Bridge will comprise 905 student beds and generous amenity space looking to benefit the ongoing regeneration of the local area. In addition the project aims to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and five start GRESB score using 100% electric energy supply and MMC to minimise wastage on site. We are proud to continue our relationship with Greystar as they expend their premium Chapter living student brand which is currently operating in 11 other locations across London.
