We are delighted that the recently completed Places for People project has been shortlisted in the Regeneration category at the British Homes Awards.
The scheme, designed by AHMM, is mixed-use masterplan featuring a range of amenity on the ground floor to residential and student accommodation units above. The design is sympathetic to the local conservation area, celebrating a range of brick types and a highly articulated and varied roofscape. The scheme also introduces generous pedestrianised walkways and public squares to enhance the footfall through the town centre.
