Gresham Saint Pauls is nearing completion. The Wilkinson Eyre designed office refurbishment, for AFIAA and Stanhope, will provide 170,000 ft2 of prime office space close to St Pauls. The building has been pre-let to two prominent tenants. The works constructed by Mace, included stripping the exiting building back to the frame, and the removal of existing glazing. From there the existing atrium was infilled, new services and lifts installed, two new floors were created with terraces overlooking St Pauls. The core was re-modelled and an extensive ground floor entrance lobby and café created.
