In preparation for our upcoming Market Report we have been discussing results from the recent RICs UK Commercial Property Market Survey.
It is of little surprise that the RICS recently reported on the volume of commercial and retail space returning to the market whilst industrial space has enjoyed a relative success. As the virus ebbs, this will leave a challenge for the property industry: ensuring fit-for purpose buildings as eventual demand changes and workers return to the office from the kitchen table, whilst also balancing the various pressures on the construction market.
