Last Thursday Richard Bates attended ‘Reducing risk and improving housing outcomes with BIM’ seminar presented at the Accountants Hall by Devonshire’s Solicitors, David Miller Architects, Airey Miller, NHG Housing and Active plan. Through real life examples, the speakers showed how, using digital techniques and BIM at each stage of the project lifecycle, risk can be reduced and outcomes improved – essentially demonstrating the business case for this.
