Last week Partner, Richard Powell was invited to the RICS President’s Inauguration Ceremony. This involved group discussions on perceived key topics on the RICS’ agenda, being:- climate change and carbon accounting; diversity and inclusion; workplace; the profession; and data and technology. Richard joined an interesting debate on climate change and carbon accounting, under a theme ‘Build Back Better’ for which the new RICS president, Kathleen Fontana, also joined the discussion.
