Associate Research Analyst, Rachel Coleman took part in a panel discussion at the RICS UK Building Surveying Conference on Wednesday 3rd May. There were around 400 people in the room and the topic up for discussion was “the latest trends in the economy and property market” and there was a lot of discussion about what was driving inflation at the moment, and how much of an impact increasing interest rates were having.
