Stress Awareness Week 2020

It’s Stress Awareness Week and the theme this year is “Managing Stress and Mental Health Issues in the Age of Covid-19”. Pressure is an inevitable part of normal life but stress arises when the pressure placed upon an individual exceeds the capacity of that individual to cope. Those pressures may come from various sources, and when combined, the effect is overwhelming.

At alinea we’re focussing on maintaining mental wellness in these difficult times, how to prevent and respond to mental health issues when they arise and providing the right help to people if they need it.
