Timber Square achieves planning approval

Timber Square in Southwark has achieved planning approval to turn a 1950’s printworks into new offices for Landsec.  The Bennetts designed scheme has been approved by the Council and the project represents a next generation building for Workplace.

Close to the Tate Modern, the project will use a hybrid steel frame with CLT floor slabs and its other sustainable credentials mean it is striving to become a net zero carbon building.
