The project involves the demolition of an existing 7 storey building in order to make way for a new build 33 storey tower, topping out at 176m tall. The design includes 2 basement levels, formed primarily within the existing basement and 35 floors above ground (inclusive of mezzanines). The tower is primarily commercial in use, with office floors from level 1 to 29 (Category A) and retail at B1M, ground and level 04 (shell only). There is a high quality public terrace, supported by a retail offer at level 04 overlooking Leadenhall Market and private terraces at levels 28 and 31. Level 31 also includes provision for a potential event space. Plant is located within the basement and on levels 04, 04M, 29, 30 and 31.
