The project involves the demolition of an existing seven-storey building to make way for a new-build 33-storey tower, topping out at 176 m tall. The design includes two basement levels, formed primarily within the existing basement, and 35 floors above ground (inclusive of mezzanines).
The tower is primarily commercial in use, with office floors from level 1 to 29 (Cat A) and some retail provision on the lower levels. There is a high-quality public terrace, supported by a retail offer at level 04 overlooking Leadenhall Market and two further private terraces. Level 31 also includes provision for a potential event space.
