The scope includes the full strip-out and Cat ‘A’ fit-out of levels 2, 3 (part), 4 (part), 6 and 7, refurbishment of the Ground and Level 1 Receptions, replacement of facades at Ground and Level 1 and extensive redevelopment of the external landscaping to Bishopsgate, continuing the look and feel of 135 Bishopsgate.
