22 Bishopsgate

22 Bishopsgate nearing completion

22 Bishopsgate, now the City’s tallest building, is reinventing the tall office product by placing a strong focus on the user. Its 12,000 occupants will benefit from a range of amenities, from a food hall to spas, from an auditorium to private meeting spaces, from curated art to a climbing wall high above the financial district. It holds London’s largest bike park and its highest free public viewing gallery.

  • The building’s 1,370,000 square feet of office space is intended to provide an “exemplar workplace” for 12,000 people. But it will also host shops, and medical and education facilities in a bid to create the City’s “first vertical village.”
