The scope involved the structural remodelling of the 1950s building at 76 Portland Place and the creation of a large forum on the ground floor, spanning from the Portland Place entrance through to the mews building at the rear of the site.
The office accommodation was completely stripped out and redesigned to provide a simple, open-plan working floor plate for key members of the RIBA administrative team.
