Refurb of existing basement level and existing floors with the addition of two new floors and roof. New façade to 2 Elevations (cleaning / reglazing of retained). Existing concrete frame with addition of metal structural frame for new levels and roof. The project is primarily a commercial Cat A building but there is provisional space available for retail on the Lower Ground and Ground floors. Shell and Core only, no fit out. All costs exclude any groundworks excavation as this was not needed and artwork. WCs are cubicles with the addition of accessible superloos.
