The redevelopment of an existing 1970’s office building in the Bank Conservation Area in the heart of the City of London. The project retained the same overall floor to floor dimensions as the pre-existing structure, but provides significantly larger floor area on each floor through an enhanced massing and also delivered an increased floor to ceiling height at 2.75m.
