The development is located on a prominent site on Blackhorse Lane in Walthamstow, the site was formerly home to a music venue known as ‘The Royal Standard’.

The development comprises the demolition and re-development of the site for a mixed used scheme comprising 300nr co-living apartments, a new music venue, restaurant / bar, associated infrastructure and public realm.

The co-living apartments provides studio living with extensive amenities for individuals who require or wish to live alone. The amenities include kitchen and dining areas, lounge spaces, health and gym facilities, cinema and library. The building also offers an open terrace at roof level with outdoor amenity spaces.

The music venue is located in the basement, with the restaurant / bar, venue and residential entrances located at ground. The apartments and amenities spaces are located from Level 01 to 08 and are situated around a central atrium within the building.
