Fosse Park West comprises a significant extension to the existing park on the adjacent former Everards Brewery site and will consist of two anchor units, an A1 retail terrace, two A3 pod units, with a dedicated main customer car park, service yards and extensive public realm and Section 278 works.
Food Central comprises the redevelopment of the existing food court, involving the demolition of the existing building and replacement with a new, part single-storey and part two-storey steel-framed building to provide four Class A1 retail units and 15 Class A3 food/restaurant units, ranging from fast food to casual dining and restaurant formats, together with a management suite and customer facilities.
