18-19 Hanover Square

18-19 Hanover Square is a new build mixed use development in Mayfair, within London’s West End.

The building is a 9 storey development comprising residential, office and retail space. The Hanover Square project is located above the Bond Street station entrance for the new Elizabeth line which will service the Cross Rail development. KKR will be occupying a total of 57,000 sqft  of the square (approx 47% of all office space within the development).

The project consists of the Category B fit out of level 5,6,7 and 8 from shell. The fit out includes modifications to the basebuild structure. This includes a large atrium between level 6 and 8 and the inclusion of an upgraded generator to facilitate the business continuity requirements of KKR. The project includes a bespoke elliptical staircase across the four floors and acts as the design led centre piece of this high end project.
