alinea have assisted Blackstone in the purchase of an existing 12 storey office development in London, initially providing due diligence and estimating services.

One America Square is a landmark Art Deco style tower building comprising 226,000 sq ft of office accommodation arranged over 14 floors, located to the east of Fenchurch Street station. The works entailed the full refurbishment of Entrance Lobby including refurbishment of 8nr lift interiors and new entrance glazing. Further to this CAT A and WC refurbishment works were undertaken to the vacant floor levels; 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9. Replacement of existing waterproofing and creation of accessible terrace spaces to generate additional value.
