Selfridges Duke Street

The project was a highly complex ‘cut and carve’ retail scheme, which delivered approximately 45,000 ft2 of new retail space in one of the world’s most prestigious department stores.

The scheme delivered the world’s biggest retail accessories hall at the Oxford Street store and involved major structural intervention in the heart of the store under live trading conditions. Major ground works and piling operations, the creation of new personnel stairs and lifts and the provision of shell space for a new fine-dining restaurant were among the works involved.
