Selfridges Duke Street

A highly complex ‘Cut & Carve’ retail scheme which saw the delivery of c. 45,000sqft of new retail space in one of the “world’s best” department stores.

The development delivers the world’s biggest retail accessories hall at the Oxford Street, London store, and involved major structural intervention within the heart of the store, during live trading conditions. Major ground works and piling operations, creation of new personnel stairs and lifts and the provision of shell space for a new fine dining restaurant were amongst the works.
