The Moor Phase 3 is the continuation of the redevelopment of retail units within a major shopping street in the centre of Sheffield. Works commenced in Spring 2018 and comprise the demolition and construction of a new MSU Unit (to be occupied by H&M) of approximately 39,000 sq ft. The remaining 69,000 sq ft comprises a shell and core refurbishment of existing units for occupation by a further five retailers.
